Ray has lived in Blackman Charter Township for over twenty years. Before being elected as the Township Supervisor in 2004 and Township Clerk in 2000, Ray’s career has included Business Management, Sales and Sales Management.
He serves as the Chairman of the DDA and the LDFA. He is also on the Finance & Compensation, Utilities and Technology Committees. He also is a board member of the Enterprise Group and the United Way.
Ray has been married over 18 years to Deb and they have two childern attending Northwest Schools. His oldest son lives in North Carolina with his wife and two daughters.
